Support for This Time
I have been reflecting on how to best use the gifts and tools I’ve gathered over the past two decades to truly support others.
What I know to be true is this: when we are calm, we act from clarity. And actions taken from clarity create far greater impact than reactions made from overwhelm.
With that in mind, I’ve begun recording simple 1-minute audios designed to gently bring you back to peace. These are meant to be used anytime; when your nervous system feels overloaded or when you simply need a pause.
Here are the first three in The Instant Alignment: One Minute Magic Series. I plan to keep creating them as long as they are helping others.
The Exhale Reset (for fast calm)
Hands on Body Reset (for immediate safety)
Jaw & Shoulders Drop (for instant alignment)
I’d love to hear how these land for you; if they help, and if so, please feel free to share them with anyone who could use a little peace right now. The third audio won’t be released publicly until tomorrow morning, but I wanted my subscribers to have enough support to carry them through the weekend.
I also feel deeply grateful to be part of a community where so many people are offering peace, calm, insight, and wisdom during this time. I wanted to feature two friends whose work I wholeheartedly recommend.
Ditte Young, from The Telepathy Tapes, has just released her first U.S. book. I was so honored to have Ditte write the foreword for my book, The 3-Minute Shower Reset, because of her profound intuitive gifts and deep connection to animals.
Her work in animal communication is truly beautiful, and she also teaches others how to communicate with their furry family members. Her new book, What the Horse Whispers, has already gone to #1 and is a heart-led offering I can’t recommend enough.

My dear friend Cheryl DeDecker, a talented hypnotherapist, is also offering something generous and timely called Collective Calm. She hosts a Zoom gathering on Fridays from 8:00–8:45 pm Eastern, where she leads a short nervous system regulation exercise followed by a shared visualization for a desired future world.
It’s a space to feel what you feel, regulate together, and imagine what we can create, collectively.
Registration is required (email Cheryl at cheryl.dedecker@gmail.com). This offering is donation-based.
It’s deeply moving to witness people using their gifts to support others and themselves during this time. No effort is too small. Checking in on a friend. Pausing to recalibrate. Choosing to return to peace.
We need to feel okay in order to help others. Each moment offers a choice, not to disappear down the rabbit hole, but to take a small, loving step toward clarity. Yes, emotions need space to be felt. The world is certainly stirring many of them. But it is in our return to peace that clarity arises, and from that clarity, we move forward in love.
Sending so much love.
Jenny
